Saskatchewan is built on the power of community.

Saskatchewan is built on the power of community.

In Saskatchewan, helping our neighbours is a way of life. We give back to the community and the community supports us.

We are asking you to support Big Brothers Big Sisters across Saskatchewan as we strive to:

Match more youth who are waiting for mentors across the province

Your support will help us recruit mentors, as well as offer incentives to volunteers, such as scholarships to put towards their post-secondary education or valuable training that benefits the volunteer and their “Little”.

Help each individual agency run more efficiently through sharing of resources

Your support will help optimize some of our functions by centralizing resources and reduce our individual agency costs. For example, hiring an Indigenous youth coordinator who will work with each agency or offer shared training for staff and volunteers would help all four agencies better respond to to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada’s Calls to Action and the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls and Two-Spirited+ Calls for Justice.

Enhance the provincial presence of Big Brothers Big Sisters to attract more volunteers and donors to support Saskatchewan’s youth.

You can help Big Brothers Big Sisters be the voice for youth mentorship across the province through your sponsorship of events, campaigns and knowledge sharing initiatives.
